A new outbound webhook triggers whenever a new subscriber joins a book owned by the account. Webhooks are queued in a DB‑backed system, processed once per minute, and include full subscriber, book, owner, category, and tag details. Automatic retry handling is built in with 1s, 3s, and 10s backoff.
